Fixed-date coach circuits, published a year ahead

Four departures are open for booking. Groups are capped at 24 travellers on a 48-seat coach with 2+1 seating, so every other row stays free.

Departures run with a minimum of 12 travellers. If a circuit cannot run, we notify every booking at least 21 days before departure and refund in full. Fares are per person, two sharing.

Four figures we publish before you pay a deposit

Every fixed-date coach circuit runs under the same written terms. Where a figure differs by route, the departure timetable on the routes page carries the route-specific number.

Cancellation window

21 days

Cancel 21 days or more before departure in writing to contact@phexoria.com and the deposit is returned in full. Inside 21 days we charge the first hotel night and the reserved coach seat.

Group cap

24 travellers

Three owned 48-seat coaches, never filled. Seating is 2+1 with every other row kept free, so a departure is capped at 24 travellers regardless of coach size.

Not included

4 items

Excluded from every fare: lunches and dinners, city taxes collected at the hotel desk, optional single-room supplement, and travel insurance. Museum entries named in the itinerary are included.

Guide languages

EN / DE / UA

English and Ukrainian on all departures. German is added on the Prague, Vienna and Budapest circuit. Guides travel with the group for the full duration, not city by city.

Fixed-date coach circuits, published twelve months ahead

Each circuit departs on the date printed below and returns to Kyiv on the day shown. Departures run with a minimum of 12 travellers; if a date cannot reach that number, notification is given at least 21 days before departure and the fare is refunded in full.

Quotes are published as received. Each one carries the departure code it belongs to and the month of travel, so it can be checked against the timetable.

The coach left at the printed minute every single morning. In Vienna the hotel was nine minutes from the Ringstrasse, which is what the itinerary promised. Nobody had to ask twice about anything.

Twenty-two of us on a 48-seat coach, so every other row stayed empty. I am tall and I slept on the long legs. The Budapest hotel listed in the ledger was the one we actually walked into.
